The 2016 BNY Mellon Advisor of the Year program sponsor benefits:
We are conducting proprietary original research on the state of exit readiness of San Diego companies for AOTY. The survey is being conducted by students from Cal State San Marcos’ Senior Experience Project, in cooperation with the Exit Planning Institute and our firm. The results of the survey will be released the night of the event, and elements of the findings will be enhanced and released over the weeks prior to the event. We already have more than 200 companies participating, including eight with more than $100 million in revenue.
In our commitment to making this a maximally inclusive program for an by the professional M&A community in San Diego, the sponsorship format for 2016 is a single level sponsorship at $1,500. That way, this is truly a community effort of education and celebration of the M&A advisory community in San Diego. It is priced to the point that even the smallest of firms companies can participate.
All sponsors are invited to be on the Advisory Board. The advisory board’s primary role will be to determine the award categories for 2016 as well as weigh in on the criteria for each. We will also discuss several other items, including other forms of recognition for those helping underwrite the event.
Building on last year’s successful “Women-Grown Business,” pre-event, we will be hosting a GAMECHANGERS pre-event featuring women who have succeeded in fields traditionally dominated by men.
